Dr. Seuss Week

March 3-7, 2014

To Celebrate Dr. Seuss' Birthday we concentrated on 3 of his books-"Cat in the Hat", "Green Eggs and Ham", and "One fish, Two fish, Red fish, Blue fish".

"Cat in the Hat" Activities

3. Balancing Boxes-Like the cat tried to balance all those items in the book!  The boys loved stacking the boxes and knocking them down.

"Green Eggs and Ham" Activities

1. Green Eggs and Ham Plate Craft-teea time playschool

 

2. Green Eggs Shape Match-the princess and the tot

3. Ate Green and Ham for Lunch!
I didn't color the ham green, for fear the kids wouldn't eat it :)

4. Green Eggs and Ham Counting, and Number recognition.

"One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish" Activities

1. Fishing for Letters in their Name

2. Glued the Fish matching the letters of their Name
