I printed a picture of a polar bear and let the kids glue coconut fur on to it. They really loved the texture of the coconut and piled it on!
2. Penguins - frogs and snails and puppy dog tail
A foam penguin with washi tape, of which I found at the Dollar Tree! I pre-cut strips of the tape for the little guys, then they stuck them all over their penguin.

Found this free puppet template and then added spaghetti noodles for whiskers.
